Extra kitchen was handy.

The hotel is excellent little and straightforward, has pleasant staff at all times. The breakfast is wonderful with excellent view and the location is absolutely perfect! I recommend this property for staying in Zakopane.

The hotel is well located, few steps away from the main walking street. Comparing with the price is worthy to go there, I can just recommend it.

Nice hotel with its 24-hour reception, tv, ski storage, and a cozy lounge area. The staff were helpful during my first stay, assisting with evening plans. I highly recommend trying their delicious meals! I'm coming back for the new year.

The Hotel was in a great position and easy access from the main bus station.The staff were obliging and helpful.The beds were very small and the double bed was actually a 'couch bed' (Folded down like a settee) and had a hollow in the middle. The single bed was very small too. There was no underlay on the bed and just a very short sheeet as the bottom sheet. The doona on top was adequate. I was lucky because I used both doona's, one as an underlay and the other for the top.If the beds were updated there would be little concern.

The price and the location.

Beds were not completely comfortable, mattresses were worn. But I was overall very happy with the cost as related to the product.

Great for the money. The room was clean and had a kettle and fridge, super handy. Make sure to ask for a room with a view if you can.

The staff were friendly but glad I had a polish speaking companion. The view from the third floor of the mountains was the best facet. No lift service.

We loved the small double room with a beautiful mountain view. It was spacious compared to what we expected, and we appreciated having separate sleeping areas that gave us some privacy. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the park and main attractions!

convenient location, at a medium distance from tatra museum. a nice size and warm room with an incredible view of the mountains. extraordinary service-minded and very amiable staff at all times, no complaint.

The breakfast had a solid selection of items. The restaurant for evening meals offered good prices and palatable food.

Housekeeping only handles trash and towels, leaving you to make your own bed and wash used cups. The noise levels were disruptive, particularly from nearby rooms and loud horns early in the morning. The room lighting left much to be desired, with no ceiling lights and dark corners even when all lamps were on.

everything were wonderfull in this hotel. place is good near the mountinces and to the center of the city and not far to bus station evrythins is green arownd the hotel

The location in the centre of the town was excellent, backing onto a park. The food at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced and there was a very good selection of both hot and cold food at breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean with tv and radio alarm.

The beds were ok but not the most comfortable that I have slept in.
